3 things I wish I was told when I was a new Lolita
1. Cosplay Lolita is fine, fun and creative. As long as you keep it out of your Lolita Fashion, go for it.
2. It’s good to just be patient and wait until you have a fully done coordinate, with the right makeup and hair to ‘do Lolita’. Make it special. I did it that way and now I’m very glad I did. I still usually make sure all my coordinates are just right before I wear them, and I really enjoy doing it that way. This one is not something I’d tell a new person though, it’s just my way. I have a couple of speedy standbyes that are well tested.
3. Learn the rules by following them for your first few coordinates before you ‘get creative’. Again no one told me this because I like the rules. But this one I would recommend to someone.
